A ticker says "Rate limited".

The free Twelve Data tier allows 8 calls a minute. The app paces itself and retries after a minute; just wait, or pull to refresh later.

I didn't get an alert after a cross.

Free tier alerts depend on iOS running the app in the background, which can be hours late. Pro uses our server, which checks at 4:05pm ET every trading day. Also check Settings › Notifications › LineAlert is allowed.

What exactly is "the line"?

The 8-day exponential moving average compared to the 20-day, on daily closes. Above means 8 is over 20. You can change both periods in Settings.

Cancel or restore a subscription.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Restore from the app's Settings › Restore purchases.

Delete my data.

Delete the app. That removes everything on the device and, after Apple reports the token dead, the server record. Or email us with your tickers and we'll remove it sooner.
